HSI’s Extraordinarily Phase Stable Cable Assemblies Demoed at IMS 2015

Release date: 05/20/2015

Delivering phase stability of < 1.5° and insertion loss of < 0.9 dB per foot @ 40 GHz while wrapped around a 2”mandrel, High Speed Interconnects’ custom, flexible cable assemblies are ready for a variety of RF/microwave applications. At the 2015 International Microwave Show in Phoenix, Arizona, HSI will be providing a live demonstration of their coaxial cable performance at booth #610.

Offering equivalent, if not better performance to conformable and even semi-rigid cables, HSI's coaxial cable extrusion capabilities range from 16 AWG to 52 AWG and can be terminated to a wide range of high performance connectors such as SMAs, SMPs, SSMAs, MMCXs, or other finer pitch terminations. These ultra-high-performance, flexible cables can withstand less than 0.25 inch bend radiuses and exceed 90% velocity of propagation.
